Using the games
The games are for children aged 4 to 6 to play with a parent or carer. Please do not copy, resell or share the paid content.
Full access
One payment gives a household access to the paid islands on up to 5 devices. Access is for personal and family use. Classroom use needs a teacher code: please contact us.
Refunds
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of paying, for any reason. The first islands are free, so you can try before you pay, but if full access is not right for your child you do not have to explain.
If something does not work and we cannot fix it, you can ask for a refund at any time. Please write to us first: most problems are quick to solve.
If you paid twice by mistake, we refund the extra payment.
How to ask: use the contact form and give the email you paid with, and the order code if you have one. We answer within two working days.
How we pay you back: card and PayPal payments are refunded to the same card or PayPal account. Bank transfers are refunded to the account the money came from, within 7 working days after we approve the request. Your bank or card company may take a few more days to show it.
When we refund, the activation code is switched off. The free islands stay free.
Changes
We may improve, change or add games. If we make a change that takes away something you paid for, we will tell you and put it right.
